The beauty of P90x is that you don’t need a gym to get results. You do, however, need some equipment, and this is what I have to work with:
- Power Tower
- 2x (20lbs) dumbbells
- 2x (25lbs) dumbbells
- 2x ( 30lbs) dumbbells
- 2x (45lbs) dumbbells
- Workout Mat
I may need to add to this list as I get into the program, but this is a great starting point.
