The Beginning of Hell – Day 1

Well, day 1 is just about in the bag, and as expected, it was very difficult (and I’m not even done yet). Day 1 consisted of the chest/back workout, as well as the abripper.  The chest/back workout consisted of 2 rounds of 12 different sets of exercises, mainly pushups and pullups, each of which you’re supposed to do as many times as you can.

In round 2 of the exercises, there was one exercise where I went to do my “diamond pushup” set, and after going down, no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t push myself back up. So that put me in my place when I wrote “0″ in my logbook. For the most part, though, I felt day 1 went pretty well. I took a few extra breaks to make it through the entire workout, and I did feel nauseous a few times, but I finished.

So, before I go to bed tonight, I have the intense ab ripper exercises. Lovely.
